Eddie Guerin has owned and operated
Auburn Generator and Starter since 1979. Prior to buying the shop
from it's previous owner, Eddie worked here while earning his
degree from Auburn University. If you come into our shop,
and Eddie isn't here...you can rest assured knowing that he is
either deep in the woods or out on the lake-depending on the season.
Jon
Jon Posthumus has worked here at Auburn
Generator and Starter for over 12 years now. Orginally from Newport
News, Virginia, Jon came here to earn his degree from Auburn University.
Upon graduation, Jon decided to settle here, and continue his
work at the shop. To this day, Jon swears that the whole thing
was a misunderstanding, and that all charges were eventually dropped.
Shelton
Shelton Singley is the newest member
of the Auburn Generator and Starter family. He comes to us from
Foley, Alabama, where he worked on the family farm for a number
of years before migrating to Auburn. Shelton works to pay the
bills while his wife completes her studies at the Auburn University
Vet School. They currently reside in Auburn, with a host of dogs,
cats, fish, horses, and any other animal that might wander into
their home.
